Columbia Adventist Academy (CAA), a Seventh-day Adventist high school located in Battle Ground, Washington is searching for a Director of First Impressions.
The position is a unique combination of office manager, receptionist, and accounting clerk. As the title indicates, this position is responsible for being the face and voice of CAA to our students, parents, staff, venders, and community. The successful candidate for this position will be personable, polite, and empathetic to everyone through a variety of means of communication, including in-person and virtual.
The office management functions require exceptional organization skills and workflow management. The accounting functions includes managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and donation receipting. Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
A variety of computer skills will be necessary, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and the ability to quickly learn new software programs. This is a full-time position with general work hours being Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday’s 8am-4pm. The pay range is $22-25 per hour.
