Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) - A suicide prevention first aid training by Kathy Turner with Clackamas County Behavioral Health, will be hosted by Hills & Valleys Adventist Church in person, Wednesday, May 29, 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Save a life by learning these three steps: Question a person about suicide, Persuade someone to get help, Refer someone to the appropriate resource. QPR is a proven, educational program that teaches participants how to recognize that a person may be experiencing thoughts of suicide and offer first aid until more experienced help is available.
