Oregon Conference annual town hall meetings are just around the corner––we’ll be holding five gatherings across the conference next month and into the first week of May.

We found the new format worked well last year, so this year we’ll be using a similar format. We will begin the evening with a light supper, during which you’ll get the chance to read through written reports from our administration team members, as well as connect with our departmental leaders who will be available to provide resources and guidance for your local church ministries.

Following supper, we will share a time of worship, led by Elder John McVay, and then move into round-table discussion and questions pertaining to not only the reports, but also visioning for the future. And don’t worry, you’ll get chances to ask questions directly of our administration team, too.

We hope you’ll save the date, add your closest town hall to your calendar, and plan to join us next month for this meaningful time together. One that not only gives a clear picture of where we are currently but also provides a constructive way of building our future together. We look forward to seeing you!
