All pastors and elders are encouraged to attend one of three Elders Training events, February 22 at the Holden Convention Center in Gladstone, March 1 at Bend Adventist Church, or March 8 at Roseburg Adventist Church. Each event will be held from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. Together we will dive into the practical skills that make ministry effective, navigating hard conversations, understanding interpersonal dynamics, managing conflict with grace, and building relationships that truly matter. This year’s speakers include Seth Pierce, Mitchell Powers, John McVay, Nate Hellman, Harold Altamirano, Charles Brown, Dan Serns, and Benjamin Lundquist.
