After the devastating wild fire in early November 2018 that destroyed the town of Paradise, Calif., Northwest Adventists immediately jumped into action to help provide support. Special offerings were collected throughout the Northwest. During the months of November and December 2018, more than $481,000 was collected with more donations expected through January. Oregon Conference members gave $240,043.58 of the nearly $500,000 amount.
