Oregon Conference Teams up with Young Adults to Plant New Christmas Tree for the City of Gladstone

Oregon Young Adults partnered with Portland Adventist Academy Campus Ministries for the December 10 Christmas tree lighting service at the Gladstone Senior Center.

The Oregon Conference gifted the City of Gladstone with the beautiful 18+ foot tree planted at the Gladstone Senior Center during one of its 2022 camp meeting community projects.

Pastor Benjamin Lundquist, Pastor Randy Hill, and Pastor Nate Hellman worked for months on the project and were thrilled to have the Gladstone mayor, chief of police, and city council on hand for the lighting service.

The city is extremely appreciative of the gift and the new growing partnership between the Oregon Conference and the City of Gladstone. Talks are already underway about helping the city to build a brand-new dog park in 2023.
