Jim Reynolds is a ministry leader with Ultimate Mission, where he equips and mobilizes volunteer teams for community-based health outreach, both in the U.S. and internationally. He has trained hundreds of workers to bring care, education, and hope to underserved communities. Jim also served as director of Follow the Star, a large-scale outreach that mobilized hundreds of volunteers and engaged thousands, giving him extensive experience in recruiting, training, and unifying teams around mission-driven impact.
