Formed & Sent: The Non-Anxious Leader in an Anxious World

Anxiety doesn't stay with the person who originally feels it. It moves. It transfers. It reorganizes communities, families, and workplaces around managing the anxiety rather than pursuing the mission. This session draws on the Bowen Family Systems theory and the story of William Tyndale to explore what it looks like to be a genuinely grounded presence in systems that are anything but, and why that kind of leadership is less about personality than about formation.
