Every year, a successful camp meeting depends on hundreds of faithful volunteers, who serve in every capacity imaginable and make it a wonderful experience for those coming for the first time, or the 85th time. This year will be no different. Besides, volunteers get some sweet perks. Volunteering is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3 !

Responsibilities may include: childrens check in, team leading, crafts and activities, and much more.
Sending and receiving radio messages from security and hospitality.
Organizing the boutique and assisting guests with purchases.
This team works with middle schoolers providing programing and activities both on and off campus.
Friday morning is our annual Fun Run. Help with this community-building event as a course guide or at water stations.
Hospitality team members help people feel welcome at camp meeting. Responsibilities include: attending campus gates, assisting campers with directions and information.
Campsite hosts stay on campus to assist campers in their section. Assistance includes: checking in campers, assisting with RV parking or tent setup, and providing information and directions.
InfoBooth attendees answer questions and give directions, hand out guides and other camp meeting information, register FunRun participants, and more.
This team works with middle schoolers providing programing and activities both on and off campus.
Responsibilities can include answering the phone, running errands, handing out ID cards and more.
Help create content and live-streaming events to expand the reach of camp meeting beyond the Gladstone campus.
Assist injured campers, call for additional help when needed, and assist those with medical conditions or concerns.
Work with the camp meeting prayer team. Pray with campers and assist in the Prayer Garden.
Service call response,
campus patrol, campus gate supervision, and violation identification and reporting or correcting.
Drive the 6-passenger golf carts, picking up campers and taking them to meetings, etc. Must be a responsible driver and have a valid driver's license.
Bussing and sanitizing tables in eating areas, cleaning and vacuuming floors after meals.
Assisting the cook with meal prep and other kitchen duties.
Assist the Red Cross with the logistics of the blood drive on Thursday and/or Friday.
