Responsibilities include: helping the directors with checking the children in, a team leader, helping with crafts and activities, all aspects of the program and helping everyone to be safe and have fun.

Sending and receiving radio messages from security and hospitality. (Must be 18 years old or older).

Volunteers will work together to organize the boutique and assist guests with finding the perfect handmade quilt or other treasures.

Assist in this division as we minister to and with
6-8th graders. This team provides Earliteens programing and activities both on and off campus.

Friday morning is our annual Fun Run.
Come help us with this community-building event. We will need Guides at the turns and people to help man the water stations.

If you like working with people, hospitality might be the perfect place for you. Hospitality team members perform various functions that are all about making people feel welcome here at Camp Meeting and helping them with whatever they need help with. Specific responsibilities include:
attending campus gates, helping people find the
meetings, buildings and information they are
looking for and answering lots of questions.
(Must be 16 years old or older).

Campsite hosts stay on the campground to provide assistance for the campers in their section or anyone else needing help. Specific responsibilities include: checking in campers in your section(s), helping campers park their RVs and set up their tents and providing information and directions as needed.
(Must be 21 years old or older).

Answering questions and helping people.

Third through fifth graders have energy to spare! Come help this team enjoy the activity and direct the hearts towards Jesus! (Must be 18 years old or older).

Working with the card printing machine and printing ID Cards.

Creating Content and Live-streaming events to expand the reach of Camp Meeting beyond the Gladstone Campus.

You must have a valid license to volunteer as a nurse or EMT. Typical responsibilities include: helping with minor or serious injuries, calling additional help when needed and assisting those with medical conditions as needed.

Willing to pray with people around the campgrounds
and in the Prayer Garden.

Responsible to calls for service, patrolling grounds, identifying violations and reporting/correcting, supervising campus gates. (Must be 18 years old or older).

Drive the 6-passenger golf carts, picking up campers and taking them to meetings, etc. Must be a responsible driver and have a valid driver's license. (Must be 18 years old or older).
Maximum number of drivers needed: 47

Bussing & sanitizing tables in eating areas, picking stuff up off the floor, vacuuming the floor after meals.

Assisting the cook with meal prep and other kitchen duties.

Assist the Red Cross with the logistics of the blood drive on Thursday and/or Friday.

Playground duty outside of meeting times when playground is open. You will help make sure kids are playing safely and following the playground rules and helping keep the playground clean.
