In Battle Ground, Washington, community members, members of the Meadow Glade Seventh-day Adventist church, and staff members gathered in the lobby of the Battle Ground HealthCare building for the unveiling of a “Founders Sign.” The clinic is the largest one-church sponsored free medical clinic in the North American Division, providing a wide range of medical services free of charge.

Like a fingerprint, each one of us carries a story that no one else has ever heard – a testimony of God’s work in our lives and the transformation of our character over time. We never know who our story might touch or how they might begin a journey with Jesus of their own when they hear it.

On a Saturday night in April, Oregon Conference president, Dan Linrud, joined a group of around 60 young adults for the second annual “Dinner with Dan” event. The goal? To give young adults a voice and a chance to speak directly to church leadership.

This spring, a few of our academies traveled far and wide to help communities abroad. They shared a little bit about their experiences with us.

In March, members gathered in Rockaway Beach, Oregon for the annual Oregon Prayer Conference. Attendees experienced spiritual growth and encouragement as they prayed and learned together.
