Over 300 people gathered on Sabbath, December 14 to celebrate the organization of Dom Mira (House of Peace) Russian-speaking Seventh-day Adventist Congregation as a company.
Each of the learning centers was staffed by trained volunteers who led the 50 kids and their families through a couple interactive games related to their area of health.
This Life and Health Network clinic, sponsored by Robert Burnette and put on in conjunction with Caring Hands Worldwide and The Daniel Miguel Foundation, was held on two very cold and rainy days, November 23 and 24, at the Lane County Fairgrounds. 255 dental patients, 159 vision patients, and 10 medical-only patients were served. Seventy-seven flu vaccines shots were given. Many patients also received professional photos and massages during the event.
