Pastor Bill Mayne of the Lincoln City and Nestucca Seventh-day Adventist churches was invited to be the speaker for this year’s Interfaith Association Easter Sunrise Service in Lincoln City.
This past weekend I had the opportunity to help plan and lead out in the Teen Rock Climbing event which was held in Bend. I had never been rock climbing before, so I didn’t know what to expect. Additionally, this was my first event to help plan and I wasn’t sure what to expect or how hard it was going to be but with the mentoring and help of so many wonderful people we did the event with very little problems.

Rather than spending the school day in a traditional classroom, Lizzie Segoria teaches her eight kindergarten students in a forest classroom behind the school.

This school year, the Tillamook Adventist School seventh and eighth graders created artwork for a local micro-shelter. This gave residents of each shelter something special to hang on the wall as well as something to take with them when they move on.
We are so accustomed to sharing abundant praise reports and inspirational stories with you, that it is difficult to share this information with you. But we need to share this with you as our conference-wide family.
March 5 was the final day of It Is Written’s Revelation Today: The Great Reset initiative here in the Oregon Conference. More than 2,000 opportunities for kingdom connections with the community have emerged and are continuing to be nurtured, and more than 100 individuals have already decided to be baptized!
